On behalf of our Program Chairs - Neil Spooner of Spooner Bioanalytical Solutions and Ismael Zamora of Molecular Discovery - and Organizing Committee members, thank you for your support and participation in the Inaugural European Symposium on Clinical and Pharmaceutical Solutions through Analysis (CPSA Europe 2020).

All Sponsors will be formally recognized during opening and closing remarks, program booklet, conference website, and in CPSA Newsletters worldwide. Premier Sponsors of our lunches/roundtables as well as the sponsor of our Wednesday evening event will receive unique opportunities for leadership interaction, relationships, and branding.


  • Sponsor tables will be located in the Library and Churchill Lounges directly across from the main conference room.
  • Each Sponsor and Exhibitor will be provided with one 6 ft (183 cm) table
  • Materials shipped to the hotel will be delivered to the exhibit tables Wednesday morning.
  • Setup: Wednesday, 7:30 am ~
  • Breakdown: Thursday, 6:30 pm and after


Contact The Conference and Events Coordinator, at the Cambridge Belfry Hotel with your shipment information or to make any special arrangements for shipping as well as coordinate any other needs that you may have to prepare for CPSA Europe.

Shipments and packages should be shipped as follows:

  • Please be sure to address your packages as noted below.
    CPSA and your company name should be clearly indicated to ensure receipt.
  • Please plan to have shipment arrive by Friday, February 1st.

Exhibitors are responsible for arranging shipment of their parcels and materials.

Please be sure to contact your courier or freight forwarding company to arrange for pickup on Friday, February 7th or Monday, February 10th. The hotel will hold your shipments for your courier/freight forwarder once they are packed and your courier has been scheduled.
